Reaching for the Last Berry ( Perseverance Furthers)

Meditations on Rocks. This piece was inspired by one of the sayings in the I Ching , the ancient Chinese 'Book of Change'. I have used this book since I was 14 yrs old and have very often received a reading with this phrase in it. No matter what stage of life we are in, 'perseverance furthers' will always be a useful mantra. Hand-built and sculpted in profesional Earthstone, decorated with coloured slips, porcelain wash, underglaze and gold lustre.
